• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your session starts
• All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park; tourists can buy tickets at the counter or kiosk, residents can use tickets or NOL card
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located Dubai hotels/residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic
• Children under 2 years old are admitted free
• For water activities, children must be 8+ years and confident swimmers
• Pregnant women and people with injuries are not allowed to swim with dolphins
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside vehicles during transfer tours
• For time-slot tickets with transfers, arrive early to avoid no-shows; refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later
• Majestic Swim and Meet & Greet confirmations are sent separately; contact Customer Support if not received within 12 hours
• Activities are subject to availability; if preferred slots are sold out, alternative slots will be offered
