• Proper swimwear is required to enter water attractions
• No refunds for unused or partially used services
• Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed
• Some attractions may be unavailable due to technical reasons
• Age and height restrictions apply to certain rides
• All pools and rides must be entered feet first; diving is not allowed
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located Dubai hotels
• Additional charges apply for pick-up outside central Dubai
• Transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in transfer vehicles
