• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, or if the customer fails to show up for the tour, are non-refundable.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare situations where a tour is canceled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety issues, or other operational reasons), customers will be notified immediately. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Please note that transaction or bank fees may affect the final amount refunded.

4. Partial Refunds
